Joshua Fox
Co-FounderJoshua has worked in healthcare for 25 years, most recently spending four years as Director of Mergers & Acquisitions at Tusk Partners, where he guides group practices through partnerships with DSOs, private equity, and venture capital. He's run two regional dental service organizations as CEO — taking one to market and exiting at a high multiple — and cut his teeth on the M&A team at American Dental Partners, a 300+ location national DSO. He also owns Jiva Med Spa, a fast-growing medspa business he's built with an eye toward continued expansion. That same fierce, detail-driven advocacy carries directly into how Fox & Fox Ventures backs and negotiates on behalf of its portfolio companies.
Amber Fox
Co-FounderAmber brings the family's operating discipline, founder empathy, and practical judgment to Fox & Fox Ventures. She works alongside Joshua on portfolio selection, founder relationships, and long-term strategy, with a particular focus on community engagement, marketing, team building, and leadership development. Her work helps the fund stay focused on resilient companies where thoughtful support can compound over time.
